A nice still evening, perfect for a bike ride.

Met Jon and Dave at Pendam, they had ridden up from PRC. Had a fairly easy ride around the Summit Trail. I think they were taking it easy so that I didn't overdo it!

All was well, I think I should be able to get back into some training again now ready for the Dyfi Enduro.
